Type in the phone number that was supplied to you on your account information sheet. Make sure this is a local call for you. You are responsible for any long distance charges you incur to reach our service. Also, if you have call waiting, enter *70, before the access number. Type this number exactly with no spaces. The *70 will disable call waiting (it enables it again when you hang-up) and the comma pauses your modem for a second.
Enter your username then your password. This was assigned to you when you signed-up for internet service.
